What you are looking for is either the ScriptMasterXT which costs about
$180 and adds recordability to Xpress, or Shirley Hopkins
"Applescripting QuarkXpress" book, or the document that came with your
QuarkXpress distribution called: "Apple Events Scripting.pdf". You'll
find it (if it was installed) in a folder called 'Documents' within the
Quark Xpress folder, and then in another folder called 'Apple Events
Scripting'.

I recommend reading that, doing the examples. Also download everything
from www.macscripter.net's script Builders that relates to Xpress and is
editable freeware. That includes a lot of Sal's early scripts.

Once you've worked through that, if you still have questions, this is as
good a place as any to ask.
