No, nor is there a way to script the criteria or actions of rules either.
But since Schedules can themselves run scripts as well as do their usual
stuff, you have have them do just about anything. You can preset several
schedules to do different things and disable them except for the one doing
what you want right now. Then, later (even from another schedule!) run
another script to enable the different schedule you want (and 'execute' it
too, for that matter) and disable whichever one was running before. That
should accomplish exactly what you're asking for here.
