I'm not aware of any collections but if you view the contents of the iCal application (package), you'll find a few scripts. To view the contents, control-click on the application icon and choose "Show Package Contents" from the contextual menu. The scripts are tucked away in a sub-folder named Resources.

You could also try an advanced search on Google, using "apple ical script" as the search criteria (no quotes necessary).
