I tried the following (all inside a Quark tell, and after an 'activate'):

Select menu item "Collect for Output
" of menu "File" --didn't work
Select menu item "Collect for Output..." of menu "File" --worked
Select menu item 13 of menu "File" --worked

The ellipsis character (opt-;) in the first line isn't what Quark uses for
its menus, apparently

After executing this command you need to come up with a way to push the
"Collect" button on the dialog that appears (Okey Dokey Pro should do it).
