This is a little routine I use for email cleanup. It does everything
with a repeat loop and consequently is as slow as molasses. But, if
you don't mind going for lunch while it runs, it may be useful.

For people (under OSX) who have to run a loop which is as slow as a molasse, but who already had lunch, I recommend inserting "smilepause(0.001)" every here and there in the loop (and running the script from Smile): "smilepause" prevents the script from hanging the machine - in other terms it sort of makes the loop run in the background.
