scripting Mail

I am trying to script Apple's Mail app to archive messages to disk and
then delete the message but I want to keep any message that I have
marked as flagged. I can't seem to find a property for this, there are
"is read", "is junk mail", etc properties but not an "is Flagged"
property. Am I missing something or does Mail not support getting the
Flagged status of mail.
