I haven't tried the Folder Actions (not my cup of tea) nor the intriguing
'do script' (?) in the System Events Site. Everything else I see in there
seems to be ex-Finder stuff and it works fine calling System Events, maybe
better for all I know I haven't done benchmark tests. it perplexes me as to
why 6 or so suites all need the same 'application' class. Perhaps that's in
case these suites are ever split off from System Events?
