Launch Default Mail App attached the file.

I would like to launch the default mail app with an attachment file,
if possibly both OSX and OS9.
The followings are OK.
open locaition "
mailto:";
open location "mailto: " & "?subject=" & "subject title" & "?body="
& "body statement"
But, I do not know how to attach a file.
open location "
mailto:"; & "?attachment=" &"file:///filepath"
etc. are NG.
Would someone please teach me the solution?
