The Received: headers tell all.

OK, most.
Right. That's where I extracted my dates/times.
Unfortunately, the headers still don't appear to explain how it can take
longer than a day to deliver the same message to different recipients. For
example, Dave Stewart said that his copy of digest #1061 arrived on 11/15 @
8:12am (4:12pm GMT), while mine arrived 11/17 @ 4:51am (GMT) - more than 36
hours later (and over 70 hours after it was supposed to have been sent).

And, in many spam examples, quite a lot more than "all" since most of them

When reading Received: headers, take note of the timezones. ;-)
Quite. I use a conversion script to save counting on my fingers[1]. ;-)
