I do it this way:
* I'll send a mail with instruction in the subject
* A script in outlook reads the mail with the instructions
(Example: The subject says 'Applescriptmail;action 10'
So when the subject contains Applescriptmail the script take a look at the
action number and performs that action)
You can make a script which also send you a replie with a confirm that the
computer receives the message
