Monitoring prints

  • Subject: Monitoring prints

I'm currently putting together a program for a cyber cafi and I need to monitor the number of pages a client prints.

I can find out if the client has printed by monitoring the System Events for active processes, and can get the info for the document printed, but the info does not say how many pages are in the document being printed.

Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so how?

Better still, would it be possible to get this info when the client OKs the print window?

TIA,

Alan Woolman
