I think it means that only in a university setting! ;)
(Emmanuel, in this case, if you were seriously wondering, I think the
original author used the word to mean "mess with" or "screw around with" or
another even more clear expletive which I won't type here. Basically,
"screw" means "mess" or "mess with" or, if you prefer the Yiddish, as I do,
then the equivalent is "schtup".)
