I think this is variable. bndl & creator matching is a sine-qua-non
requirement to make work icons, but it won't always work for drag&drop. I've
tested it many times in several at-home machines, but when
downloading-unpacking the stuff at other place (at work, ie), drag&drop was
dead until a new restart... =)
