Double-clicking which header? i think you want View --> Source. You can also
set your Mail & News Preferences/View to Show Internet headers, which is how
you must have set them in OE. It's not a default in either OE or Entourage,
but you can set them that way.

You must be joking. Even in Jaguar, Mail is not 1/100th as scriptable as
Entourage.
