how run CGI perl script offline with OS X?

HI all

i know am not maybe is the good place for ask what i ask, but am sure some
of you can maybe give me some answer..

I need to show my website using a apple ebook to some people.
My website have a lot CGI perl script..and for sure all this script are
installed in my web server.

I would like run all of this cgi without have the necessity to be on the web
and so have a internet connection.

Some people tell me with the new OS X i can do that because os x are made in
a Unix base.

But actually i don't have os x..i have os 9,1..

I plan to maybe update my ebook but in first i must be sure if i can do what
i want with this strory of cgi scripts.

Some of you have experience with this ?

Who can tell me more about that ?

I need to have some special module or software?
I must change something in all my cgi script ?

I have try for many time to get this info in apple website but is very
difficult to get it..
