Removing Menu items!

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how I could remove Menu items in OS 10.2.1??
(Example: Say I don9t want "About this Mac" under the Apple Menu anymore how
can I get rid of it?)

Also how could I get rid of the certain icons in the Toolbar? I want to
remove them from the selection when you are in the Customize window so they
can't add them later on. (Example: Say I don9t want the Applications in the
Toolbar I can remove it but the user can go back and add it by selecting
Customize Toolbar and just add it again, how can I delete from there also?)

Thanks,

DB
