I don't believe you can do anything useful with Now Contact categories in
AppleScript. At least I couldn't, when I was writing the example scripts for
NUDC 4.0. You can get the unique id and name of every category. If you want
to experiment with ways to associate a person with a category, I would start
by playing with the unique id.
