Similar to the problem of the truly rotten modems Apple is using (does the
"i" really still mean Internet?). I'm sure they work in the simulated
environment Apple "tests" them in. But their people for the most part
don't see the problem at home, since they have cable, DSL, frational T1 or
whatever.
That's part of the help system problem: it isn't slow for THEM, on their
fast connections and fast machines. And they probably don't use it much,
given the lack of useful information.
Now...how do I get something about AppleScript in here? Ah...that did it.
