Acrobat 'Batch Process...' Optimization Help Needed

HI,

I would like to know if anyone could give a hint on optimizing files through
Acrobat 4.0 (or 5.0).

I am trying to optimize bunch of PDFs, but can not get the syntax right.

The closest to my solution I can get to is:

tell application "Acrobat 4.0"
execute menu item 8 of menu 2
end tell

...and then I have to fill out the dialog box, etc.

Question no 1: Can I script-fill the dialog box? If so, how do I get to
knowing how to call each of the elements? What command could I use to get
the scpecs or properties of that dialog box?

Question no 2: Is there a simpler way of doing it? I cannot find anything in
Acrobat's dictionary on that.

Thanks in advance,
