Can Network Control pane for OSX be scriptable?

Can the Network Control pane for OS X be scriptable? I'm not able to drag
the "Networking" file to ScriptEditor and get a dictionary. What I'd like
to do is write an Applescript to tell the Mac OS X Networking pane to switch
to DHCP, and hit "Apply". Anyone know if that's possible?
