Sure I do :)

Here's the Shared Menus Protocol, an API for the developers:

Many browsers (except Mozilla) support it: Internet Explorer. iCab and Opera
both support Shared Menus on Mac OS X. Opera 5 did support it, also on Mac
OS X. Chimera will include the appropriate Cocoa framework in its next final
release, not beta. Not supported by OmniWeb 4.2.

Some X-mailer too (Eudora very soon), and some other apps such Script
Debugger, Tex-Edit Plus, etc.

About the Cocoa framework: I'm not the author!
So, I can't give you more about it.
But you probably could get some information from Alco Blom, the author of
the "SharedMenus.component" at:
