hi all. I've been off the list for about 6 months, so I apologize if
this is previously covered ground.
I'm used to scripting photoshop with photoscripter. I want to convert
off of this plugin and "upgrade" to photoshop 7.
A couple of questions...
What's the fastest/most efficient way to automate photoshop 7? With
photoscripter it was generally faster to have photoshop do lots of
actions with minimal applescript. Does this still hold true or is it
faster to control photoshop 7 using the apple events listed in the
dictionary?
How do I select a channel using apple events? I'm used to saying "do
action yellowchannel" to run my action that activates only the yellow
channel. This still works but is there a better way?
