If you have File Sharing turned on, it won't work.

I'm trying to write a script that will rename one of my disks
(Macintosh HD) to Mac OS 9. But I keep running in to issues.
tell application "Finder"
rename disk "Macintosh HD" to "Mac OS 9"
end tell
Shouldn't this work?
