It goes in either of two places, depending on your intent.

Install for you, the only user (likely):

~/Library/ScriptingAdditions

Install for every user on your machine (less likely):

/Library/ScriptingAdditions

You'll probably need to create the folder. The ~ is short for "home directory" which will be /Users/yourlogin.

Note that in both cases, there is no space in the name ScriptingAdditions. If you put a space in it, it will not work.
