Setting Internet Config commands

Is it possible to enable/disable javascript using an ICSetPreference command in applescript?

I am needing for my application I need to ensure that javascript is enabled. I can set the default home page in using the command SetICPreference WWW Home Page "www.myhomepage", I was wondering if I could some how automatically ensure that javascript was enabled on a browser.
