Andy,

How exactly are you getting guillemets to show up correctly on this mailing
list when sending from Outlook Express? have you some special trick (JD's?
your own?), or is it possible that they have finally configured the list
server correctly after pretending for 3 years that they can't do it??

Here goes:

+class cfol;  (does not equal) , (continuation character)
> (less than or equals)  (greater than or equals)
i (e acute)

Let's see what comes back.
