Hi all,

Unfortunately, the problem is not as simple as this thread makes it out to be. We have discussed this issue on several lists, including this one, a number of times, and would greatly appreciate a quick end to this thread.

The problem is a problem with our third party mailing list software.

What's the name of your third party mailing list software?

We may want to avoid using it where possible ;-)
