Excel not recordable under 10.2

Is it just me, or did anybody else experience the loss of recordability in
Microsoft Excel after updating to Jaguar? Neither Script Debugger nor the
regular Script Editor are able to record actions from Excel.
Is this a known problem or did I just install something wrong? Any
workarounds or solutions to make it recordable again?
