Error with URL Access Scripting

Hello,

the scripts I wrote for URL Access Scripting, runs on our systems very fine.
Last week I gave it to another person an he get an error with an simple
download.
On german the error-message is: "Fehler bei der Registrierung"
He is working with MacOS 9.2.2 like we do.

If he is typing this URL to Internet Explorer it works.

Can anybody give me a hint where we must search the error.
