Yes. I simply set the Character Set in the Format menu of Entourage to
Unicode (UTF-7). Interesting, the mail server honors that. I've never
understood why they can't simply configure the mail server properly. The
Microsoft News Server has no problem with upper ASCIIs sent from Macs, or
from Windows.
