iCal dictionary has a QuicKeys suite when I view it in Script Debugger.

Anyone know why this is?
This happened to me back in Mac OS X 10.1.x, in many but not all of my
application dictionaries, in Script Editor as well as Script Debugger. I
filed bug reports with both Apple and CE Software in May 2002, but both said
they couldn't reproduce it. I have now reiterated the bug report to both
companies.
It's back, not only in my iCal dictionary, but also in my Address Book,
Apple System Profiler, ChronoSync, Disk Copy, Interface Builder, Mail, and
Project Builder dictionaries, and others.
But NOT in my DVD Player, Create, FileMaker Pro, Finder, Internet Explorer,
iTunes, Microsoft Entourage, OmniGraffle, OmniOutliner, and OmniWeb
dictionaries, and others.
I can't tell as to the iDVD 2 dictionary, because iDVD2 quits unexpectedly
at launch when I try to open its dictionary in Script Editor with this error
message: "Could not read the dictionary of the application or extension
because of a program error." Yikes!
What conclusions can we draw? Here are a few suggestions:
1. The problem is intermittent, coming and going (after long intervals) for
no apparent reason.
2. Apple's own Cocoa programs are the hardest hit, although not all suffer
(e.g., iTunes, which I believe is Cocoa), and some non-Apple Cocoa programs
are hit (e.g., ChronoSync).
3. Carbon programs are not hard hit, although some do suffer (e.g.,
FileMaker Pro, Finder).
4. The folks at Omni Group and Stone Studio do it right (no surprise there).
5. The core of the problem appears to be QuicKeys. At least, QuicKeys is the
sole 100% common factor.
6. iDVD has a serious problem.
