Script Editor quit misbehavior

  • Subject: Script Editor quit misbehavior

I just noticed this: I have an unsaved script in Script Editor. I bring some
other app to the front. I choose Quit from Script Editor's Dock icon. The
Dock icon fails to start bouncing, as it should to notify me that an alert
panel has been presented by Script Editor, which needs attention. So the
alert panel stays hidden behind the frontmost app's window and Script Editor
doesn't quit.

Do the same in TextEdit, and its Dock icon begins bouncing.

Bug?
