Iterating through a list and moving items

I have two folders. One folder contains a bunch of job folders that are to
be archived, and another folder contains fonts that need to be moved to each
of those job folders. What I would like to do is go through the list of
jobs and if a fonts folder exists, move the fonts from the fonts folder into
that folder, if not I would like to create a fonts folder within that job
folder and move the fonts into it. I know what I want to do but am not sure
about the syntax or how to go about it.
