No problem here (OS X 10.2, IE).
Perhaps something to do with the route you are trying to download them
through. Do you have another account with a different ISP that you could
try?
Whatta site! Haven't actually looked at the osaxen yet - too busy playing
with the fractal thingy and GXscreentrick...
If you're still out of luck, it just so happens that I've stored some copies
of the osaxen from that site on my iDisk (
http://homepage.mac.com/mrtea/) in
an appropriately named folder. Knew it would come in handy for something.
