Confirmed. But at least it doesn't crash. Try playing with 'whose'
clauses... Either it returns wrong results or it requires minutes to return
the result or it just crashes. It does this not in every case, but if you
work for real with 'whose' you will experience this sooner or later.
AppleScript & Filemaker is unusable on OS X. And this is with all versions
of FM ever released for OS X.

The more people write reports, the better is the chance to wake up the guys
and change their focus to fix basic functionality instead of selling updates
with features which nearly no one needs.
