Text-Edit Plus includes a script for converting Text > HTML that is based on a Bill Cheeseman script. Very easily adapted to anything else. It can be downloaded at www.tex-edit.com

Great program..free..OS 9 or OS X...very Applescriptable...can utilize GREP in OS X...yada,yada,yada....
