3.0.4. It happens every time.
My classic apps (Acrobat 5.0.5 & Quark 5) are unaffected by this.
Has anyone got any idea what could be causing this, how to diagnose the
problem definitively & what to do about it?
Have you installed StuffIt Deluxe 7 and enabled its Magic Menu? I've
encountered some problems where Magic Menu hijacked Command-S and
caused unexpected behavior. The behavior/bug has been reported to
Aladdin.
