Please tell your sysadm that QXP 4.03 is no good.
You can't use v4.03 for any serious scripting.
There are only two 4.x versions which are useable: 4.04 and 4.11.
The update to 4.04 is free. There is no problem with using it, except
one thing: its XPress Tags filter (= v.2.03) is rotten. Replace it with
the one which came with 4.03 (= v2.02).
