The new version of the Matematica Libraries are posted.
So are the Libraries for Complex Numbers and Matrices.
All libraries are numerical routines that allow the following:

Matematica:
5 moduli that should contain most of the necessary mathematical functions, conversion routines for number manipulation, counting routines and some statistics.

Complex:
1 modulus that should allow one to do a lot of complex number manipulation. Want to know what is i^i?

Matrix:
1 modulus that allow to obtain sum, multiplication, power and difference of matrices, triangulate and diagonalize matrix , compute determinants and solve linear systems.

What is new:
Should be much faster, principally the Matrix library.
A lot of errors are gone! (hopefully completely gone)
Improved some of the handlers.
All moduli accept numbers as text or numbers.
I've added international support for numbers. -- Thanks JJ
I've also put new handlers, for various tasks, adding new functionality.
Most handlers have comments, the new handlers are indicated, so one can easily spot what was added.

Criticisms and suggestions are welcome
