Actually, Outlook Express Windows (made by Microsoft) has just recently
started implementing format=flowed. Since Apple's Mail also does, and it's
becoming more general, you never know

There's no space at the end of any "--" line: that must be our wonderful
list server "helping out" again. Which of two lines preceding "JD" had the
space at the end?
