These also work, with exactly the same effect:


make document at the beginning of me
make document at the end of application "Finder"
make the document at a reference to the end of it
make the document at the beginning of the application "loginwindow"


When there's only one possible place to make something, a cocoa app has to be told precisely where not to make it :-)
