The most straightforward way to do this is to keep a folder full of
'stationery folders' Set a bunch of folders up the way you want them, and
use choose from list (or similar) to select a pre-formatted folder and
duplicate it to your required destination.

Unfortunately, even if a window is formatted sans toolbar, when you open it
from within a window that _does_ have a toolbar visible, the newly opened
window will inherit that non-scriptable state.
