If you're using OS X, then :
a : use Smile (a free script editor
<
http://www.satimage-software.com/> ) that lets you make aqua-like
interfaces
b : use Applescript Studio wich is very nice to, but more work is
needed when you're starting
If you're using a previous OS then :
c : use dialog director an OSAX to make interfaces (you can also try
Dialog Studio, to make easy interfaces with dialog director)
d : use Smile again, but i don't know if thermometers are available

I'm writing a script to export indiviudal PDDFs of pages in an
InDesign document. I would like to have soem type of progress bar or
thermometer so that I will know where the script stands when running
large documents. Is there a way to show a dialog box that doesn't
require user interaction?
