What happens in the beta of you type command-shift-l and select an

Use your imagination and don't waste my tiem.
OK, not the brightest question I've ever asked but as I have never used
this pane, I don't know what its behaviour is meant to be. Your
somewhat terse reply suggests that it shows a list of applications
which have dictionaries. It's empty.
Does anyone know why the list of dictionaries may be missing and, more
pertinently, how to get them back?
Thank you.
