Unfortunately very few (if any) Applications are recordable in OSX. I think this is a shame as it makes it much easier for regular users to use Applescript. That this is still the case three years after OSX came out is a damn shame. While I can understand there being higher priorities for the Finder, one wishes that someone was tasked with this. On the other hand the old Finder sucked pretty bad and the Panther Finder is so good that I'm glad they prioritized as they did. Still, I wish more applications were recordable.

I also think that the dictionaries and seeing how to script an application are too hard. Something needs to change there as well. But that's me...
