Not a stupid question... no its not, but apparently my OS9 machine was
convinced that it was.

I was given a pointer to "Package First AID" to correct the problem in OS9.
(which I'm still attempting to locate)

Meanwhile, I've moved this script to 0SX and it's working just fine.
(another push to move my automation onto OSX isn't really a bad thing)

Looking back, the only thing different in our situation since I last ran
this "maintenance" script is that I've begun the migration to OSX. (machines
and scripting) That makes total sense when looking at the problem.
