He made an honest mistake. He obviously meant to send this to the VisualBasic list.
Anyone with a little knowledge of Visual Basic can control all manner of things! Apparently you can make use of the GMT field buffer overflow vulnerability in Outlook and Outlook Express, as described on <SecurityFocus.com> to take full control of the recipients bladder! And Gluten intolerance, in particular, has a well known back-door.
