John Delacour suggested that you simply recompile the scripts.

If you still raw codes when opening a script that you have recompiled then saved in OSX, then this is a symptom that something went broken on your machine.

I know two Scripting Additions that may or may not (depending on the version numbers and on possibly other things) break (to some extent) AppleScript on one's machine, so you may want to check whether you have one of those installed. They are "Acme Script Widgets" and "QXPScriptingAddition.osax".
