Again, take a look at Graphic Converter - it's only $30. Go to <http://www.lemkesoft.de/en/graphscripts.htm> and towards the bottom of the list of AppleScripts you'll find:

"Script for storing EXIF details into a FileMaker database"

So I guess someone's done most of the work for you!
