Why, no -- it polls every folder on your disk. Even ones you thought
you deleted! And on servers, too. And it'll call up your friends and
coworkers and poll all their folders! (It's only fair; they're doing
it to you, too.) It even creates new folders just so it can poll more
-- and MORE! MWAHAHAHAHA!

Oh, excuse me. Yes, you're right -- just the ones that have an action
attached to them. If there aren't any, it doesn't even bother running.
It's not smart enough to know the contents of the action script, so
folders will get polled even if they only have, say, an "on moving
folder window" action.
